Hi friends am back with an article about how fever is caused? after it is caused we use a paracetamol ( acetaminophen) so we shall know how it acts after it enters into our body.
Fever:
It is increase in body temperature of human body beyond the normal range + or - 98.4 degrees fahrenheit. The presence of fever is due to stimulation in the immune system. when the infectious agents are entered into the body such as bacteria or viruses these are treated as foreign particles by the body and are temperature sensitive . We have a hypothalamus in the base of brain which acts as a thermostat of the body. thermostat means which control the body temperature, hypothalamus is triggered by a floating biochemical substance called pyrogens. (pyrogens are produced by the bacteria) these reaches the immune system & troubles the hypothalamus so when these are detected by hypothalamus then there is increase in body temperature because these pyrogens are temperature sensitive thus the body temperature is increased.

We take commonly crocin to cure the fever but crocin is the brand name.

The active ingredient (paracetamol) in the crocin is 500mg

Dosage:
2 500mg tablest 4 times a day is acceptable in case of adults.
In children (from age 6-12 yrs) half to one tablet
Below 6 yrs of age it is not recomended for use
Uses:
Used to cure minor aches & pain related to common flu, toootaches, fever, back ache, period pains, nerve pains
Precaution:
Do not exceed the recommended dosage,
Keep out of reach of children.
Excess use of paracitemol causes liver failure & kidney failure
